In the second part, we take our seats under the shade of the olive trees (literally) and start our journey in the impressive world of olive oil tasting. How should a good olive oil taste? Where does the bitter taste of olive oil come from? Should we consume our olive oil fresh or should we wait and let it mature? To answer the above and many more questions we will taste a selection of extra virgin olive oils produced in the farm that will introduce us to the basic properties of a high-quality olive oil. At the end of this tasting we will also share important tips on how to store and preserve your olive oil back home.
