Olive Grove Walk

Start with a leisurely stroll around the olive farm, where you’ll discover the wonders of the olive tree. Your expert guide will explain the tree’s physiology, its care, and how the local climate impacts its growth. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with the trees and the environment, experiencing the true essence of Cretan nature.

Olive Oil Tasting Session

After exploring the grove, we’ll settle under the cooling shade of the olive trees for a guided tasting of high-quality extra virgin olive oils produced right on the farm. You’ll learn how to identify the flavors and aromas of fresh olive oil, uncover the origins of its bitter taste, and understand the best practices for storing it at home. This session will answer all your burning questions about olive oil—such as whether it’s better to consume it fresh or wait for it to mature.
